They better have fixed the intel raid issues. The previous v11 I downloaded sucked hard. Had to go back to v I wish it allowed me to unselect certain non-critical directories like Carbon Copy Cloner did on the Mac. It did it well, and fast. It was NOT as intuitive as Ghost, though. That was a HUGE mistake. The software is bloated, and has far too many bells and whistles to make it a reliable imaging option.

I contacted tech support about bugs and problems with it, as well as certain downloads I needed. The reply took almost a week, and the actual response was inexcusably inadequate. The tech support person completely avoided answering my specific questions; instead directing me to their web site. Consider yourselves fortunate.
